Reports emerged on Thursday that Kumar is suffering from a kidney ailment.
"According to the Newspaper, He does not require dialysis yet, but his kidney functions have worsened", said Ajay Kumar Pande, vice-president at Lilavati hospital. "He will need dialysis, but he is not on ventilator", Jalal D. Parker, one of the attending team of doctors, told IANS. "God willing.
