Veteran actor Dilip Kumar's condition is reportedly stable now.

Reports emerged on Thursday that Kumar is suffering from a kidney ailment.

"According to the Newspaper, He does not require dialysis yet, but his kidney functions have worsened", said Ajay Kumar Pande, vice-president at Lilavati hospital. "He will need dialysis, but he is not on ventilator", Jalal D. Parker, one of the attending team of doctors, told IANS. "God willing. The doctors are treating him", she told a news agency this morning. But he will be in hospital today.

In the past few years, Dilip Kumar has been ailing due to age-related problems.

Dilip Kumar was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday evening after he suffered dehydration and a urinary tract infection. Dilip Kumar married to Saira in 1966.in 1994 and the Padma Vibhushan, the country's second-highest civilian award, in 2015. But luckily the veteran actor walked out of the hospital on April 20, in good health.
